Description
If you have ever wanted to try a silk kimono, this is your chance. Let professional dressers assist you, and then take pictures in a tearoom or outdoors at a shrine or temple. Gentlemen are also welcome to join and wear a hakama! Besides the chance to wear a beautiful kimono, this activity will also allow you to learn about its origins and the traditional skills of Japanese dyeing and weaving. Kimono are wonderfully versatile, even if one's shape changes, the same kimono can be worn with just some minor adjustments. After putting on the various layers and fastening the broad obi sash, you will have plenty of time to learn how to move gracefully in the kimono. Take as many pictures as you like, for a memento of your visit to Japan.
Cancellation Policy
- Any cancellations made between 15 business days (18:00 local time) to 3 business days (18:00 local time) prior to the activity will be subject to a charge of 20% of the total amount.
- Any cancellations made between 3 business days (18:00 local time) to 2 business days (18:00 local time) prior to the activity will be subject to a charge of 50% of the total amount.
- Any cancellations made after 18:00 local time, 2 business days prior to the activity will be subject to a charge of 100% of the total amount.
